The beautiful retirement community of Sun City is located in Surprise, Arizona, between Bell Road and Grand Avenue, just west of Reems Road. When Del Webb began construction, he went above and beyond for recreational opportunities. There are 11 golf courses to choose from, all providing great challenges for every golf lover. There are also seven recreation centers that provide tennis, swimming and a variety of other activities.
Other recreation and activities include two fitness centers, Del Webb Memorial Ball Field, fishing at Lakeview Recreation Center, a pet park, meeting and events facilities, pickle ball, indoor and outdoor pools, a day spa, walking trails and over 40 chartered clubs.
